STEP 5 Go for a medical check-up

Once your application has been submitted, you will be issued with a medical form.

Take this form for a medical check-up with your health professional. They will need to complete the form and submit it directly to the Department of Transport.

After completing your medical check-up, you're ready to take the PDA.
