License an inspected vehicle (Dealers)

How dealers can license vehicles in WA.

In Western Australia, all motor vehicles on public roads must be licensed.

Any vehicle that has not been licensed for more than 3 calendar months will require an inspection, prior to a new vehicle licence being granted.

A weighbridge certificate is required if the tare/mass weight of the vehicle cannot be established from the manufacturer’s specifications
