The Driving Access and Equity Program is partnering with the McGovern Foundation for the next 2 years for a new Delivering Community Services in Partnership Pilot.
Delivering Community Services in Partnership
The new pilot aims to help streamline community outreach, to better prepare and support disadvantaged people to participate in the driver’s licence process and offer further support in the metro area.
The McGovern Foundation have an established presence in multiple regions and locations, delivering end-to-end driver training programs and linking a broad cohort of disadvantaged people to employment services.
A full evaluation will be conducted for the pilot to see if it has improved community outcomes, with further expansion to be considered following the evaluation.
