The Passenger Transport Subsidy Scheme (PTSS) replaces the Taxi User Subsidy Scheme (TUSS) from 1 March 2025.

PTSS is a subsidy available to eligible people with disability travelling in on-demand rank or hail (taxi) vehicles.

This section provides guidance for passenger transport drivers about their PTSS responsibilities and how to safely transport people with disability.
