About the branches
Enterprise Systems Support
This team plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the department’s technological infrastructure. This team is responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise-level systems that are essential for the department’s operations. They manage a variety of systems, including those for data management, application support, and network services, ensuring these systems are secure, efficient, and reliable. The ESS team also collaborates with other IT and business units to implement new technologies and solutions, providing technical expertise and support to optimize the department’s overall performance and service delivery.
Technology Service Delivery
This team is dedicated to ensuring the seamless operation and delivery of IT services across the department. This team is responsible for managing and supporting a wide range of IT services, including network infrastructure, desktop support, and application management. They work closely with other IT teams to implement new technologies, resolve technical issues, and ensure that all IT services meet the department’s standards for performance and reliability. The TSD team also focuses on continuous improvement, regularly assessing and enhancing service delivery processes to better support the department’s mission and objectives.

This is a Part Time (1 day per week), 6-month opportunity starting on February 2025
You will be located at Tassels Office in Innaloo, just a short walk from the Stirling Train Station. This is an in-office placement, not open to remote working arrangements.

To apply you need to be:
- currently undertaking studies in University or Tafe in areas such as Information Technology, Technology (Computer Systems and Networking), Information and Communication Technology, Business Information Systems, etc.
- minimum half way into your second year at University or Tafe.
Our priority is to offer work placements that enable professional experience required as part of student’s curriculum.
