Multicultural Plan

The Transport Portfolio Multicultural Plan 2025-28 is a four-year plan that sets out the actions the Portfolio will take in support of the Western Australian Multicultural Policy Framework. 

The Plan is supported by specific implementation plans of the three Portfolio partners, the Department of Transport (DoT), Main Roads Western Australia and the Public Transport Authority.

Actions have been developed for each of the Framework’s policy priority areas:

• Harmonious and inclusive communities.
• Culturally responsive policies, programs and services.
• Economic, social, cultural, civic and political participation.

The DoT internal Access and Inclusion Committee monitors our implementation of the Plan and achievements are highlighted in our Access and Inclusion Communique as well as in our Annual Report.
