Payments
Payments can be made over the phone with this service available 24 hours a day. Operators will be on hand to assist from 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Translation and accessibility

Assistance is available for people who do not speak English. Please phone our Customer Contact Centre on 13 11 56 to request an interpreter for your language.
National Relay Service
If you are deaf, hard of hearing or have difficulty communicating verbally, you can contact the National Relay Service (NRS) on 13 36 77. The NRS is an Australian-wide telephone service available at no charge.
