How to log into DoTDirect

1. In the top righthand corner of the TransportWA website, click Log In. 
2. Enter your username and password into the fields provided. NB: Your username is not the same as your email address.
   1. If you are unsure what your username is, click the Forgot username button to recover it.
3. Click the Login button.
4. A SMS containing a six-digit code will be sent to the mobile phone number that is linked to your DoTDirect account. Type it into the field provided.
   1. If you don't receive the code, click Sign in another way or get in touch for assistance. 
5. Click the Verify button. 
6. Once you have successfully logged in, you will be taken to the Overview page.
