Follow our step by step instructions on how to request your infringement matter to be determined by a court.
If you were the driver at the time of the incident and would like the infringement matter to be determined by a court, you can submit a court election request through your DoTDirect account. This allows the matter to be considered by a magistrate, who will determine the outcome.
Please be aware that once you submit the court election request, the infringement will disappear from DoTDirect and the request will be sent to WA Police to issue the court summons.
