Follow our step-by-step instructions on how to identify the driver of your vehicle at the time of the offence if it was not you. Do not pay the infringement notice.
- Follow the steps to login to DoTDirect or create a DoTDirect account.
- Once you are in DoTDirect, click on Infringements across the top screen in the blue menu.
- The list of infringements issued to you are listed below. Click view details on the infringement you wish identify the driver.
- If the infringement notice fails to load, please check the details entered or the due date. If the due date has exceeded, a final demand notice will be issued.
- Use the blue arrows to view more images to help identify the driver.
- Click Identify driver.
- Read the information regarding driver identification, and then select I know who was driving the vehicle and I will provide their identification details.
- Click Proceed.
- Complete all available fields of the driver identification details. Click Confirm.
- Your infringement will be submitted to Infringement Services team. You will only be contacted if the information provided do not match our records.
