How to renew your mooring licence in DoTDirect

Follow our step-by-step instructions to renew your mooring licence in DoTDirect.

When renewing your mooring licence you will need to pay the scheduled application fee.

Step 1: Log in to DoTDirect

To renew your mooring licence online, you must login to your DoTDirect account here.

Step 2: Add to trolley

Click on the ‘Add to trolley’ button next to ‘*Mooring number* offer of registration on *insert date*. 

The ‘Add to trolley’ button is in the action column of ‘To do list’ on the right-hand side of the table.

Step 3: Review details

Review the details of the mooring offer of registration.

Please choose your option - exclusive use or shared use - carefully.

Step 4: Next

Click the next button located on the right-hand side of the page.

Step 5: Confirm details

Review the details displayed on the page and ensure they are correct, then tick the check box to confirm this.

Step 6: Proceed to payment

Click the ‘Proceed to payment’ button, located on the right-hand side of the page. 

Step 7: Credit card details

Enter your payment details, ensure all fields are completed and accurate.

Step 8: Process payment

Click ‘Process payment’ button, located on the right-hand side of the page.

Step 9: Confirmation of payment

Confirmation of payment page will display when payment is successful.

You can download a receipt; by clicking the ‘Download receipt’ button located on the right-hand side of the page. 

Step 10: Confirmation email

A confirmation email will be sent to the nominated email address listed on your DoTDirect account.
