
The Emu Point Boat Harbour is 9 kilometres from the centre of Albany, in Oyster Harbour.
A popular spot for fishing and boating, the sheltered waters of Oyster Harbour offer safe berthing options, including fixed timber jetty berths, one suitable for commercial vessels and a commercial service wharf.
The boat harbour has 24 commercial and recreational boat pens, 4 jetties, a three-lane boat ramp, and fish cleaning facilities.

Service jetty
The concrete loading jetty provides single and three phase power, water, lighting, and vehicle access.
Wharf load limits:
- Berth load: Max 50 tonne displacement vessel berthing at a maximum of 0.15 m/s at a maximum approach angle of 15°
- Stack load: 1600 kg/m²
- Crane load: 5 tonnes gross weight
- Vehicle load: Maximum vehicle length of 12.5 m. 26.5 tonne total mass.
Boat ramp
There is a three lane boat launch ramp with two floating universal access jetties.
Toilets/showers
A public toilet and shower block is located near the entrance of the boat harbour and is maintained by the City of Albany.
Public carparks
There is well-maintained public car and boat trailer parking located near the harbour entrance.
Fish cleaning facilities
There is a stainless-steel bench with six taps and waste facilities, maintained by the City of Albany.
Slipway service
There is a small boat lifter which is operated by Emu Point Slipway Services.

Fixed pens with a walkway are charged per metre of pen length. The fixed alongside berth option is charged per metre of the vessel length.
