Harbour facilities
Service wharves
There are three wharves: Sardine Wharf on Mews Road, Land-backed Wharf on Capo D’Orlando Drive and the refuelling wharf, Molfetta Quay.
Sardine Wharf load limits
- Berth load: 150 tonne displacement vessel berthing at a maximum of 0.3 m/s at a maximum approach angle of 15°
- Vehicle load: M9 standard vehicle.
- No vehicle or stack loading permitted with 2.5 m of the wharf edge.
Land backed wharf load limits
- Berth load: 150 tonne displacement vessel berthing at a maximum of 0.3 m/s at a maximum approach angle of 15°
- Stack load: 1500 kg/m²
- Vehicle load: M18 standard load.
- No vehicle, crane or stack loading permitted within 1.5 metres of the sheet pile wall face.
Molfetta Quay wharf load limits
- Berth load: 150 tonne displacement vessel berthing at a maximum of 0.3 m/s at a maximum approach angle of 15°
- Stack load: 1500 kg/m²
- Vehicle load: M18 standard load.
Fuelling facility
There is diesel and unleaded petrol fuelling facility available on the nearby Molfetta Quay. This service is provided by Baileys Marine Fuels Australia and a fuel card is required.

Boat lifting and boat stacking
A professional boat lifting and maintenance service is operated by Blue HQ Fremantle Boat Lifters, located on Mews Road. An outdoor dry boat stack operation for vessels up to 12m in length is operated by Blue HQ Boat Park. A premium indoor dry boat storage facility for vessels up to 10.36m in length is operated by The Boathouse.

There is paid parking available managed by the City of Fremantle, as well 273 free bays on Capo D'Orlando Drive for the use of penholders,

Flare disposal is available nearby at the DoT Marine Operations Centre, 14 Capo D'Orlando Drive, South Fremantle.

The Commercial Charter Vessel Code of Conduct has been developed in Partnership with Marine Tourism WA, DoT and the Department of Biodiversity Conservation and Attractions (DBCA).
The Code covers the Swan Canning Riverpark and the Metropolitan Coastline from Port Kennedy to Two Rocks.
The Code clearly outlines roles and responsibilities of various agencies involved in the regulation of commercial charter industry vessels.
