Nearly $600,000 for new Kalgoorlie walking and cycling paths

The Kalgoorlie community will benefit from the next round of the State Government's Western Australian Bicycle Network (WABN) Grants Program, with nearly $600,000 being allocated to two new projects across 2024-25 to 2027-28 funding under the scheme.

The WABN program provides essential connections within and between town sites and key local destinations and amenities, with the State Government providing up to half the funding for total project costs to local governments.
