Holly lives in the small mining town of Paraburdoo, where it was difficult for her to get the professional driving instruction she needed to develop correct safe-driving knowledge and techniques.

After signing up to Driving Access and Equity Program grant-supported organisation Bloodwood Tree, she was able to get lessons in Tom Price from licensed driving instructor, Santosh. Santosh helped her feel confident behind the wheel and helped her build the skills she needed to pass her practical driving assessment.

Now she has her licence, Holly is enjoying the independence and freedom of being able to drive herself to work.

Holly is smiling after getting her driver's licence.
