Nikita had previously attempted to get her learner’s permit at a Department of Transport office but had faced difficulties with sitting the theory test on a computer. After a few years, Nikita came to a DoT delivery day at Wadjak to try again to get her learner’s permit.

Our Remote and Mobile Services officer Jorja helped Nikita sit the theory test orally instead of on a computer. Nikita passed and was issued with her learner’s permit!

“She was really happy with passing her theory test as in the past, she previously went to do it at the centres and struggled with the wording. It really helped being able to sit with her and re word the questions,” said Jorja.
