The Department of Transport (DoT) Esperance office is moving to a new location at Bandy Creek Boat Harbour from 29 July 2019.

Services will cease at the Esperance CBD location from 4.15pm from Friday 26 July 2019, and commence at the re-vamped Bandy Creek Boat Harbour office from Monday 8.15am, 29 July 2019.

Senior Regional Officer at DoT Garry Wilson said customers will be able to access the same services, at the upgraded, modern office at Bandy Creek.

“Being located at the Bandy Creek Boat Harbour will enable greater oversight of the day-to-day operations of our harbour facility.

“The upgraded office at Bandy Creek will centralise DoT’s services within Esperance, making it easier for customers requiring multiple services,” Mr Wilson said.

All Practical Driving Assessments (PDAs), apart from the moped (R-N) class, will be conducted from the Department of Transport Esperance office, located adjacent to the wharf area and eastern pens at Bandy Creek Boat Harbour.

The Shire of Esperance will continue be the agent for processing licensing transactions and moped PDAs will continue be conducted out of the Shire office on Windich Street.

Customers can also visit www.transport.wa.gov.au/dotdirect and create a DoTDirect account to access a range of services anytime, anywhere.
